Terms of Service

ViralME helps creators turn ideas into production assets, including reel scripts, image prompts, generated scene visuals, narration, AI-assisted video scenes, thumbnails, and downloads. Some areas may be available publicly for preview, but paid generation, downloads, saved projects, billing, and account history are tied to authenticated accounts.

You are responsible for your account activity, your prompts and uploads, the content you generate, and how you publish or use any output outside ViralME.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. If you use ViralME for a company, client, team, or agency, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

ViralME is not intended for children under 13 or for anyone barred from using the service under applicable law. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if account information is inaccurate, unauthorized, unsafe, or abusive.

ViralME uses credits to meter generation and download actions. Credits may be included with a free account, purchased through top-up packs, or added through monthly subscription plans. The available plans, prices, credit amounts, and supported payment methods are shown in the billing experience at the time of purchase.

• Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value product, and cannot be exchanged for money outside the refund rules.
• Credits are deducted server-side when a generation, download, or credit-metered action starts or is accepted by the platform.
• Subscription credits are applied after successful payment verification and are subject to the active plan and provider status.
• We may change pricing, credit costs, plan names, included features, provider availability, or promotional credits at any time. Changes do not retroactively change credits already consumed.

Checkout is currently handled through Razorpay. Payment processors may decline, hold, review, or reverse transactions under their own rules.

AI generation depends on prompts, model availability, third-party APIs, queueing, rate limits, network conditions, storage, and media-processing services. Outputs can fail, take longer than expected, be incomplete, include artifacts, or differ from your expectations.

ViralME may retry, queue, cancel, refund credits, return replacement credits, or ask you to adjust a prompt when a generation fails. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, identical outputs, specific model behavior, commercial suitability, factual accuracy, uniqueness, or platform approval by third-party social networks.

You keep the rights you already have in content you submit. As between you and ViralME, we do not claim ownership of your prompts, uploads, or generated outputs. You give ViralME the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, store, display, and deliver your content so the service can work.

You confirm that you have the rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required for anything you upload, reference, prompt, generate, download, publish, sell, or share. This includes rights for names, likenesses, voices, brands, copyrighted material, trademarks, private information, and client-owned assets.

AI outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users or by other services. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, originality, rights clearance, disclosures, platform policies, and legal compliance before use.

You may not use ViralME to create, request, upload, distribute, or promote content or activity that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful. Prohibited uses include:

• sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, explicit real-person deepfakes, or sexual exploitation;
• harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, stalking, impersonation, scams, phishing, spam, or deceptive manipulation;
• unauthorized use of another person's likeness, voice, private information, brand, copyrighted work, trademark, or trade secret;
• malware, credential theft, system abuse, scraping, circumvention of rate limits, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass billing or safety controls;
• instructions or content that materially enables violence, self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons misuse, fraud, or other unlawful activity.

ViralME may block prompts, refuse generation, remove content, limit usage, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve records, or report activity when we believe the service is being misused or risk is created for users, the public, providers, or ViralME.

We use a mix of product limits, prompt validation, rate limits, provider safety tools, manual review, and account controls to protect the platform. These systems are not perfect and may block some allowed content or miss some prohibited content.

Fair use of ViralME means using the service in a way that does not overload infrastructure, evade credit checks, degrade other users' experience, abuse free credits, exploit bugs, or create unreasonable provider cost or safety risk. We may throttle, queue, cancel, or limit activity that violates this standard.

ViralME relies on third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, databases, storage, AI model processing, image generation, speech generation, video generation, media processing, and diagnostics. Their services may change, fail, impose limits, or apply their own terms.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, payment-provider decisions, model-provider moderation, provider pricing changes, or external platform rules that affect your ability to publish or monetize generated content.

ViralME AI, the ViralME name, interface, product design, workflows, copy, code, logos, brand assets, and underlying software are owned by ViralME or its licensors. These Terms do not give you rights to copy, resell, white-label, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the ViralME platform or brand.

You may use generated outputs as permitted by these Terms, but that does not transfer ownership of ViralME's platform, technology, design system, or brand identity.

You may stop using ViralME at any time. You may also request deletion of account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, cancel jobs, or limit features if we believe you violated these Terms, created safety or legal risk, abused billing or credits, attacked the service, or used ViralME in a way that harms users, providers, or the platform.

Termination does not remove obligations that already apply, including payment obligations, refund limits, content responsibility, restrictions on misuse, and rights needed to resolve disputes or comply with law.

ViralME is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that outputs will be accurate, unique, copyright-free, non-infringing, error-free, uninterrupted, accepted by social platforms, or suitable for a particular use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralME will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by AI output quality, provider outages, user misuse, publishing decisions, third-party claims, or unauthorized account activity.

We may update these Terms as ViralME evolves. The updated date shows when the Terms last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
