For tool support, tell us what you were trying to make and where the workflow stopped. The most useful reports include the tool name, project title, approximate time, generation mode, credit cost shown in the interface, and the error message you saw.
If the issue involves a video project, include whether you were generating a full reel, regenerating a scene, creating narration, making an image, rendering a video scene, or exporting the final download.
Credits
Billing and refund reviews
For billing issues, include your ViralME account email, Razorpay payment ID, order ID or subscription ID, amount paid, credit pack or plan, and a screenshot or receipt if available.
Refund and replacement-credit decisions are handled under the Refund Policy. Used credits are generally final, but failed platform jobs, duplicate payments, or missing credit application can be reviewed.
