This policy is written for the current ViralME product: authenticated credits, AI-assisted generation, saved creator projects, media storage, and Razorpay billing. If a future feature changes how data is used, we will update this page.
Data categories
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run a credit-secured AI creation platform and keep your workspace available across sessions.
- Account information: name, email address, Clerk user ID, authentication state, role, account status, and basic profile details supplied through sign-in.
- Workspace and creation data: project titles, prompts, scene scripts, narration text, style choices, aspect ratio settings, uploaded or generated media, thumbnails, speech files, rendered scene assets, and generation history.
- Credits and billing metadata: credit balance, credit ledger entries, subscription status, plan or top-up selection, payment IDs, order IDs, subscription IDs, and verification records.
- Support and safety communications: emails, reports, screenshots, payment references, and other context you send when asking for help.
- Technical data: IP-derived request context, device/browser signals, timestamps, route usage, rate-limit activity, error logs, diagnostics, cookies, and local storage values needed for sessions, preferences, and credit refreshes.
Purpose
How we use your information
We use information to provide the product, protect the platform, and support your account. That includes:
- creating and maintaining your ViralME account;
- generating scripts, images, speech, scene videos, thumbnails, previews, downloads, and other requested outputs;
- saving projects, generated images, generated speeches, timeline assets, and credit history to your workspace;
- checking credit balances, applying top-ups, verifying subscription payments, and preventing duplicate credit application;
- enforcing prompt limits, safety controls, account status, rate limits, fair usage, and abuse prevention;
- debugging failures, improving reliability, responding to support requests, and meeting legal or financial obligations.
Generation workflow
AI providers and model processing
ViralME sends the prompts, scripts, uploaded media, generated assets, and configuration details needed to complete your requested generation. Depending on the active tool and deployment configuration, those requests may be processed by AI or infrastructure providers such as Pollinations, Google Gemini, OpenAI, xAI, Hugging Face/Gradio-compatible services, local model services, or similar providers used to operate the platform.
We do not claim ownership of your prompts, uploads, or outputs. We also do not sell your private creator content. Because AI generation requires provider processing, you should avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, medical, confidential, or third-party proprietary information unless you have the right to use it and are comfortable having it processed for the requested output.
Billing data
Payments and checkout
ViralME uses Razorpay for checkout, subscriptions, payment verification, and payment-related records. We do not directly store full card numbers, UPI credentials, bank account details, CVV codes, or wallet credentials.
We store the billing metadata needed to confirm successful payments, apply credits, prevent duplicate credit application, investigate payment issues, and keep transaction records. Your payment provider may collect and process additional information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Protection
Security practices
We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed for a modern SaaS product, including authenticated access, server-side credit checks, rate limiting, request validation, provider key protection, account-status controls, and limited access to production systems.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or ViralME data has been exposed, contact us promptly at game2game2003@gmail.com.
Lifecycle
Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, support disputes, protect against abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Generated images, generated speeches, video projects, scene assets, thumbnails, and related workspace records may remain in your account until deleted through product controls or removed through an account-deletion workflow. Credit ledger and billing records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Controls
Your privacy choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export, delete, or review personal information associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain records where the law, billing records, security, or fraud-prevention obligations require it.
To submit a request, email game2game2003@gmail.com from the address connected to your ViralME account and include enough context for us to locate the relevant workspace, payment, or generation record.
Eligibility
Children and sensitive content
ViralME is not intended for children under 13 or for anyone who is not old enough to use the service under applicable law. Do not submit content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or unsafe contexts. We may block, remove, or report content where required to protect users, the public, or the platform.
