Refund Policy

ViralME uses credits to pay for AI generation, media processing, provider calls, queueing, storage, and downloads. This policy explains when payments or credits may be refunded, when replacement credits may be issued, and what information we need to review a billing issue.

Used credits

Generally final

Credits are usually non-refundable once a generation or download begins.

Failed jobs

Credit review

Platform-caused failures may qualify for replacement credits or reversal.

Payments

Original method

Approved cash refunds are processed through the payment provider.

Requests

Account context

Send payment ID, account email, tool used, and issue details.

This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law. Where law requires a different outcome, that legal requirement controls.

Credit model

How credits are charged

Credits are deducted by server-side generation routes when a credit-metered action starts or is accepted by the platform. A charge can cover provider calls, AI model usage, image or speech generation, video-scene generation, queueing, media processing, storage, downloads, and related infrastructure.

Because third-party provider costs and compute can be consumed quickly after a request starts, used credits are generally final even if you later decide not to use, publish, or download the output.

Final charges

What is generally non-refundable

The following are generally not eligible for cash refunds or credit restoration:

  • credits used for completed generations, regenerations, downloads, speech, images, video scenes, background tools, upscales, or Discovery downloads;
  • outputs you dislike for subjective reasons, including style, tone, composition, voice, realism, likeness, or creative direction;
  • generations based on unsupported, unsafe, unclear, or rights-violating prompts;
  • requests cancelled by you after processing starts, browser interruptions, device issues, local network problems, or export issues caused by your environment;
  • credits or account access lost because of safety violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, or attempts to bypass platform controls.

Platform failures

Failed generations and replacement credits

If ViralME charges credits and the platform fails to return a usable result because of a server error, provider outage, storage failure, queue failure, or other issue within our control, we may return the credits automatically or issue replacement credits after review.

Some routes already attempt to restore credits when a provider or queue fails after a charge. If the automatic restoration does not happen or you believe the ledger is wrong, contact us with the account email, approximate time, tool used, prompt or project name, and any error message.

Monthly plans

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled according to the payment provider's supported cancellation flow. Cancelling prevents future renewals where the provider supports cancellation, but it does not automatically refund the current or past billing period.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once credits have been applied or used, except where required by law or where ViralME approves a refund after review. Credits added through a subscription follow the same used-credit rules as top-up credits.

Payment review

Top-ups, duplicate payments, and accidental purchases

Top-up packs are intended for immediate creator use. If you purchased the wrong pack or made an accidental purchase, contact us quickly before spending the credits. We may review unused or mostly unused purchases case by case.

Duplicate charges, payment verification failures, or credits that did not apply after a successful payment should be reported with the Razorpay payment ID, order ID or subscription ID, account email, amount, and screenshot or receipt. If approved, cash refunds are sent back through the original payment method where possible.

Creative risk

AI output quality and commercial use

AI generation is probabilistic. The same prompt can produce different results, and outputs may include visual artifacts, audio artifacts, factual errors, timing issues, or style mismatch. These qualities do not automatically qualify for a refund when the provider returned an output and ViralME delivered the result.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, running ads, selling work to clients, or using it in a commercial campaign.

Support path

How to request a review

Email game2game2003@gmail.com from the address connected to your ViralME account. Include:

  • your ViralME account email;
  • Razorpay payment ID, order ID, or subscription ID;
  • the tool used, project name, and approximate time;
  • the credit amount or payment amount involved;
  • a short explanation of what failed and any screenshots.

We aim to acknowledge billing and refund requests within 1 to 2 business days. Payment-provider processing times may take longer after a refund is approved.

Account protection

Chargebacks and abuse

Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can review the account ledger and provider records. Fraudulent disputes, repeated chargebacks, payment abuse, refund gaming, or use of credits followed by disputed payments may lead to account suspension, termination, loss of promotional credits, or restriction from future purchases.
